Shavin Duffy, known as Pepper, was born and raised in West Chester, PA. He has performed professionally as a bassist and vocalist for more than 25 years. As the bandleader of Midnight Hour, Pepper’s past musical experience includes his work with Grammy winners such as A Flock of Seagulls, Pretty Poison, Robert Hazard, and many others.
