What is a BVTLive! Live Wedding Band Showcase?
A BVTLive! Live Wedding Band Showcase is your opportunity to see your wedding band perform live before you book! This is a great opportunity to check out your favorite band’s sound and musicianship, as well as meet the band members who will be running your party. Enjoy food and drinks from our venue partner, the Ardmore Music Hall, as our bands perform a 20-25 minute set. We will have information on each band in our BVTLive! Showcase booklet, as well as a place to take notes.
Each of our exclusive bands has hundreds of weddings under their belt, so you’re in the best of hands!

How to Sign up for a Live Band Showcase:
Email your designated entertainment specialist, or if you’re not yet working with one of our guys, fill out the blue form on the page with your information, wedding date, and venue, and we will reach out to confirm your seats! Doors open at 6:45Pm, with the first band starting at 7:00pm. Family and friends are welcome, as we know it takes a village!
