The Big Ric Rising band has entertained a host of weddings, VIPs, benefits, charities, and special events for decades. Backed by two beautiful, dedicated powerhouse vocalists, this front line is incredible and powerful. Within the rest of the band there are a total of 6 singers, which is perfect for rich harmonies and a versatile range of sounds. The group is supported by the Big Ric Horns.

Born and raised in Philadelphia, Big Ric began his distinguished career as a child. He started singing in local talent shows and began performing in high school theatre and other events throughout the city. After graduating school, he had the opportunity to perform with such musical greats as Grover Washington Jr., James Brown, and Sam and Dave.
Ric absolutely loves performing, and brings high energy and fun to every event. Every member of Big Ric Rising is vital to the great entertainment you receive. He prides himself on bringing fun to the stage and being able to elevate an audience with his band.
The Big Ric Rising band has had the privilege of performing for such dignitaries as President Bill Clinton, Ben Vereen and Governor Ed Rendell.
