Celebrity Appearance
The only thing better than having a BVTLive! band at your wedding is having an original artist perform their song live! This will surely make for a once-in-a-lifetime experience and will leave an unforgettable impression on all of your guests. In 2016, Jellyroll, one of our top Philadelphia wedding bands, performed at a wedding at Vie on North Broad Street in Philadelphia that had a very popular artist, Tim McGraw, perform the father-daughter dance. As a special request, the bride requested the song “My Little Girl” by McGraw. Little did she know that he would literally be there! Once the father turned his daughter around and she realized it was the real Tim McGraw singing her song, she was in disbelief.
Once the song concluded, Tim embraced the father and bride. He continued to play a 45 minute set of his music for the lucky guests who afterwards continued to enjoy Jellyroll for the rest of the night. President of BVTLive! and bandleader of Jellyroll, Kurt Titchenell, said, “It was something everyone there that night will remember forever.” It really doesn’t get much better than this!
Philadelphia Theme
Put a local spin on your wedding by taking pictures in front of city hall or even have the mummers make an appearance in between your sets from your Philadelphia wedding band music. Mascot or Team Pep Band
For those die-hard sports fans getting married, there is nothing better than incorporating a mascot or pep band into the reception. We have performed weddings where the Eagles pep band, led by Bobby Mansure, have played “Fly Eagles Fly” for the bride and groom. Better yet, why not bring Swoop, the Eagles mascot, along to join in on the fun? For our baseball fans, we know a particular fury green creature who would be the life of any party! The Phillie Phanatic has joined many of our weddings and made the night unforgettable!
Unique Guest Transportation
Ever dream of a fairy tale entrance from your ceremony to your reception in a horse drawn carriage? This, along with other unique transportation means such as trollies, ferries, and even hot air balloons, are feasible. There isn’t anything that is impossible to pull off! You could have a designated group of guests (possibly groomsmen and those in the bridal party) who will ride along.

Caricature art can be a fun way for the newlyweds and guests to create lasting and unforgettable memories of their wedding day. We would especially recommend thinking of something fun like this if you plan on having a lot of children at your event. The kids will definitely enjoy this!
Sing A Song
Sometimes, a bride or groom will make a special surprise for their loved ones and sit in with one of cover bands in Philadelphia performing at their wedding and sing the best wedding song that suits them. If you have a good singing voice, this is a great way to create an amazing and unique experience for your guests.
